Reports can be automatically captured from any operational or “live” computer system. For example the type of reports that can be captured include:

First Option uses the ICT services of TAS and elected to use the FileOptics Server that is available to all clients within that environment. First Option operates a managed desktop environment (Citrix) delivered by TAS that the FileOptics system can happily operate in.

FileOptics gives the ability to not only capture and store these operational system reports but also has very strong capability available for data mining and performing business intelligence on this data.
